The Maximus 7 is a 4-axis stabilised head that provides exceptional stability and smooth movement in all directions. It can be mounted in any orientation and maintains a level horizon under high G-forces, even with long lenses. The Evo ensures true nodal positioning for most camera packages and offers 360° continuous roll. With no need for a levelling head, it allows for quick mounting on all setups. It supports a wide range of payloads and accommodates 4” and 6” yoke extensions for even longer camera packages.
Operational Modes
Precise control over the gimbal’s pan, tilt, and roll axes, allowing for smooth, accurate movements and fine-tuned adjustments during both static and dynamic shots.
The handheld kit features an external gyro that allows the operator to control the gimbal like a traditional shoulder-mounted camera. It mirrors the operator’s movements, offering intuitive, responsive control for dynamic, handheld shots.
The Pan Bar allows the operator to control the gimbal like a traditional fluid head, providing precise pan, tilt, and roll adjustments for smooth, stable shots from a distance.
The joystick offers intuitive control over the gimbal’s pan, tilt, and roll axes, allowing the operator to make smooth, responsive adjustments.

CONFIGURATION
Underslung
The head is mounted under the rigged platform allowing for low-angle shots that are close to the ground.
Overslung
The head is mounted above the rigged platform for added lens hight.
Matrix Mode
The head is mounted at a 90-degree angle to the rigged platform, allowing for easier access to tight spaces and enabling continuous roll movement for dynamic shots.
