The Preston Focus, iris, zoom unit is well established as the workhorse of all the wireless remote focus units.

All our series II FIZ kits are calibrated for both the FX box, for controlling all camera controls, and the wireless microforce zoom unit.

All our FIZ's are supplied with the Speedy clamp system of motor mounts and motor controller mount.

FX Box

The FX box combines with the FIZ unit to enable control of the camera functions via the wireless Preston control.

On most film cameras, where available, the box controls varispeed, speed-aperture, shutter-speed, and most other camera functions.

It can also be used to record Focus, Iris and Zoom moves.

Wireless Zoom

The wireless zoom microforce comes in 2 configurations.

1) As a extra unit to mount on top of your existing FIZ zoom control to enable the seperation of the zoom control from the focus handset.

2) As an entire wireless microforce kit. A standard microfrce zoom control stick with the wireless module on top which links to a small motor driver unit at the camera.

Marine hand unit

Sealed for deep water use and useful in extreme wet locations the Marine hand unit hard wires into the motor driver of the FIZ system to give reliable control in the wet.

It is also available to plug directly into the Hydroflex deep water 'tube cam' housing.
